CONCEPTION: 2013
DESCRIPTION: When homeless, deaf and mute Frank receives a "losing" lotto ticket from an unpleasant passer-by, he discovers that it is actually a big winner. He undertakes a cross-city journey to locate the lottery office and the man to whom the ticket belongs. One problem though: a zombie outbreak has just begun in the Windy City. We meet several other Chicago citizens with whom Frank crosses paths.
