NOVEL IN THE WORKS
When homeless, deaf and mute Frank receives a "losing" lotto ticket from an unpleasant passer-by, he discovers that it is actually a big winner.  He undertakes a cross-city journey to locate the lottery office and the man to whom the ticket belongs.  One problem though: a zombie outbreak has just begun in the Windy City.  We meet several other Chicago citizens with whom Frank crosses paths.

the house up the street

"The House Up the Street" was the first short story I wrote.  I was about 10 years old, and since then I've written literally hundreds of pieces.  Everything from poetry, to a series of "A Nightmare on Elm Street" - inspired stories called "Dreams", to a ridiculous knock-off (taken seriously @ the time) of Madonna's song/album "Erotica".  There is so much to be mined from these pieces, and I believe it will make for one helluva book.  This project is currently being outlined.
